Like every vehicle in the Ford lineup, the Bronco Sport performs powerfully. Ford equips the lower trims with a 181-horsepower 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine that puts out 190 pound-feet of torque. Pop open the Badlands' hood, and you'll find a 250-horsepower 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine that generates 277 pound-feet of torque. When this robust engine teams up with the available Class II Trailer Tow Package, it gives the Badlands a 2,200-pound towing capacity.

Performance

No matter what Bronco Sport model you choose, you'll enjoy an eight-speed automatic transmission that delivers smooth acceleration and effortless handling. An intelligent 4X4 system continuously monitors road conditions to distribute traction to the Bronco Sport's wheels in milliseconds, quickly minimizing wheel slippage.
